1 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Underage Access

2.3 One Account Per Player

3 Account Registration & Verification

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Impersonation: Registering an account or communicating with 7u7775 using a false identity or by impersonating another person.

7.1 Reporting Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Both 7u7775 and the player retain the right to close or suspend an account under specific circumstances as outlined in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 7u7775 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 7u7775 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment account and close the account within 5 business days. 8.2 7u7775-Initiated Suspension or Closure

7u7775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 7u7775 will notify the registered email address 30 days prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account. Bonus funds, free spin winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any balance associated with a breach of these Terms are not withdrawable and will be forfeited. Closure of an account due to breach of these Terms does not affect any rights 7u7775 may have at law arising from that breach.
